How I work
I offer calm, structured coaching that helps you think clearly and act deliberately.
Drawing on experience in leadership, education, wellbeing, yoga, and meditation, I combine reflective conversation with practical planning. There is no pressure, judgement, or unrealistic expectation — just steady support and clear thinking.
This is a space to organise your thoughts, regain control, and move forward with confidence.

To support women at the start of the year, I’m offering a January special:
- First session free
- £55 per 45-minute session thereafter
- Minimum commitment: 6 sessions
This structure allows time to build clarity, create momentum, and see meaningful progress.
