I was born in Glasgow but spent much of my downtime in rural places and so began a deep affinity and love of the outdoors and the natural world.
After travelling through Canada, America and New Zealand I returned to settle for a short while in Perthshire, Scotland – but never left.
Our Classes & Schedule
Sarah understands modern busy life and what you need to focus on. Her meditation always helps me focus and then get a good nights sleep

Sarah is friendly and has good chat! She holds a safe space and I really enjoyed the Wolf full moon meditation. I will be joining her for many more. I would definitely recommend her to others who are interested.
